Over the past decade, I've led design teams at high-growth companies, drawing on my co-founder experience to excel in complex and fast-paced environments. While my journey in design has been expansive, transitioning from fashion to product design, my greatest strength has emerged in design leadership. Advocating for all facets of design, I thrive in building supportive, high-performance teams dedicated to innovation and growth.

Currently, at Dr. Mark Hyman's Function Health, I lead the product design team. In my first year, leveraging UXR, we designed, built and launched our beta offering reaching 27K members, 15% MoM growth and $12M in ARR. 

Previously, I served as Design Director at CognitiveScale AI (acquired by Tecnotree), leading the product design for a suite of enterprise applications and working closely with diverse client stakeholders in healthcare, finance, and e-commerce. Prior to this, I co-founded Findhelp, a thriving platform transforming social care, backed by the Pershing Square Foundation.
